Guild is now hiring raid leaders. Get paid to raid!
Over the past several months the guild has had many issues with our ops progression teams. Between people leaving game and several other issues, we've had many teams close down. We know there are lots of you who would like to be on a progression team, however there isn't anyone who wants to step up and lead one. Officers would do this, however most of us that are experienced raiders are already on teams. So instead the guild management would like to provide an incentive for members, in the hopes that it will motivate some of you to take on some extra responsibility.
We are offering 1,000,000 credits per week "salary" to members who start and lead an ops team. For every week that the team successfully meets up and puts in a couple hours of progression, the leader will receive 1 mil for running things. Of course there are a few requirements, we're not going to pay noobs to just waste peoples' time.
There are also some limitations applied to this. We want teams that are actually striving to accomplish something, so do not think you can be paid for just hanging out and doing nothing with 7 other people for an hour each week.
We are also willing to provide "bonuses" for accomplishing your goals. We do not have an exact figure or progression milestone in mind yet, but we will come up with something when the time comes. A possible example would be something like a 5 mil bonus for getting your team through DF HM or a setup similar to that. In addition to this, succeeding at running a team is a good way to get yourself noticed for an officer position. While we cannot guarantee you'll get one, we can guarantee that you'll be considered for one -- if you do a good job of course.
If you're interested in applying for one of our raid leader jobs, just get in touch with me or any other officer to get the ball rolling. Assuming you meet the requirements, we'll discuss things with you in further detail and get a good idea of what your goals for the team will be. After we've worked out the details, we will then set you up with a forum board + ventrilo channel for your team. Should you want it, we can provide help with filling the team spots. We don't expect you to seek out group members on your own unless you really want to, so don't worry if you do not know enough people to fill all the spots. We would simply provide you with options but you will have the final say on who gets to be on your team. Once your team is filled and running, we will sort out a payment plan. As long as you keep the management up-to-date on your team's status, things should go very smoothly.
All guildies are encouraged to consider this, both senior members and new recruits. It's a great way to bond with your guildies, clear difficult content, hone your skills, and expand your presence within the guild. You'll provide an opportunity for guildies who are missing out and you'll add a valuable asset to BBB. On top of that, you even make some money in the process. It's a win-win scenario for everyone, as long as you're capable. Please think it over!

- We are only paying real progression teams -- You can't stay in SM forever, but given the gearing challenges of 5.0 it makes sense that you would start there.
- You need to have a good idea of what you're doing. You need to know mechanics for the content you wish to work on, you need to be a fairly competent player, and you need to be able to coordinate a team. For example, if you don't know/can't clear DF SM then you shouldn't be trying to get a group for DF NiM -- that is not how progression works.
- You need to be responsible and vigilant when it comes to running your team. You need to stay in contact with your members and ensure everyone is on the same page regarding scheduling/gearing/strategies/etc.

- If your team does not run one week, you will not be paid for that week.
- If your team isn't doing actual progression or just fucking around, you will not be paid for that week.
- If the majority of your team does not show up, you will not be paid for that week.
- If there is no progress made within a reasonable amount of time, we will stop paying indefinitely. We expect to see some results eventually.
