Tuk’s Vendor Directory Post 3
MAKEB REPUTATION VENDOR
Location: Pacing the shelves of his vendor station on the Makeb Orbital Station, high in the atmosphere of the planet.
Vendor’s Name: Silas Yun’Weah
Initial Thought: This vendor is a reputation grind which was added to the game in April of 2013 with the first expansion of the game, although a few years old it has remained a forgotten treasure by many of the uniformed.
Gear: This pacing vendor has two complete sets of legacy gear which are being sold for just under 150,000 credits each, the catch is however that you need to have the appropriate reputation in order to purchase. The first set of legacy armor is the Makeb Assault Armor Set which is a shinny white suit which really looks like a cross between a trooper set and the Imperial soldier set, either way this set has some real cosmetic appeal to it. The real treasure is the Core Miner’s Armor Set, which not only comes with a protruding backpack, which will clearly put your back out of line, but it has an iconic bucket head helmet. Rumor has it that this was going to be the official BBB uniform, but the official BBB Uniform Committee were concerned that our beloved guild was going to be mocked as being called Blood, Bath, and Bucket Heads, so it was quickly voted out of the running and the current uniform took its place.
Decorations: Here is where the vendor appeals to the credit hounds and that is that he sells three different pieces of decoration, each of which can be purchased with a single Universal Prefab MK-3 piece. Although these pieces of decoration, the Flag: Mercenary Veterans and the Topiary Tree (Cone), are not that attractive, not like the Statue of a Noble Beast, which is some kind polished down four legged critter, they do hold some real monetary value here. The reason for this is that because they do not bind when picked up which means you can gain some quick coin from the market. Last I looked, which was today, the Topiary Tree (Cone) is going for 200,000 credits in the market and the Statue of a Noble Beast was going for 500,000, that one is Tuk’s and I’m sure it will be gone by the end of the week. Again skin lubbers, don’t undercut me too much...there are plenty of uninformed to take advantage of out there.
Schematics: For my Artiface crafters out there this vendor sells the Schematic: Primary Deep Red Secondary Light Gray Dye Module for 100,000 credits, which once crafted can easily go for 40,000 credits each. May take you a few weeks to get your money back but after that is clearly profit material, besides the deep red and light gray look is a nice one.
Final Thoughts: Once again there are clearly some treasures in here, from ways to get some fast credits or some bucket head nostalgia, even though that one was just a rumor.
Well my BBB guild leaping mates, happy hunting and perhaps I will see you around...Tuk out.
