This will be a 2 night event taking place on Friday, October 28th and Saturday, October 29th. Both event nights will be starting at 7:00PM PST.
BBB's 3rd Annual Halloween Event is coming up soon! It's gonna be another huge 2 night event with several hours of content. For activities, we've brought back some old favorites and also added some brand new ideas. We've got some real creative shit this time around and it should be a lot of fun for everyone. As usual, we're going overboard with the spending and sinking close to 1 billion credits into prizes and rewards. Everyone is welcome to come and everyone is encouraged to come.
These events are always a great time and there's a SHITLOAD of credits + prizes just waiting to be won, so don't miss out!

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- ALL guildies are welcome to participate/attend -- both new and old, past and present. We encourage every one of our members to take part in this.
- You do NOT need to be at the event to win some of this stuff. Stronghold contest, BBB pumpkin contest, conquest contests, guild lottery, and usual giveaways do not require your attendance to win.
- Some of the event will require you to be in Ventrilo. Using a mic is not necessary, you're welcome to come listen and use the ventrilo chatbox. (If you're Veteran Gangster rank, speak to Sin before the event to get a reserved slot. This will give you automatic priority on the server if we fill up all 50 slots.)
- Everyone will need to join our BBB custom chat channel in-game. (Type /cjoin bbb) This is where most in-game event announcements will be made.
- For most of these activities, all earned prize amounts will be documented throughout the night, then distributed all at once at the end of each night. (This keep things running quickly/smoothly. Don't worry, all your earned credits will be received so be patient.)
* PART 1: FRIDAY, OCTOBER 28TH *
- SPACE RACE -
PROCEDURE:
- Participants will be invited to ops groups and flagship summoned to a designated staring point outside of Imperial Fleet, on top of the White Nova star destroyer. (See here for screenshot of location)
- When the announcing officer says "GO" the race will start and everyone needs to race to the front tip of the ship.
- First 5 people to reach the end will win varying amounts of credits.
PRIZES:
- 1st - 15,000,000
- 2nd - 10,000,000
- 3rd - 7,500,000
- 4th - 5,000,000
- 5th - 2,500,000
RULES:
- No sorc pulling, translocating, summoning, etc. Do NOT interfere with other participants.
- Mounts, rolls, leaps, etc ARE allowed.
- Both of the ship's front tips count as finish lines.
- HIDE & SEEK: ORICON -
PROCEDURE:
The game is simple. Officers/staff will hide somewhere on Oricon, then the members will search for them. If you find an officer you will win credits. The officers/staff who will be hiding are Siino, Sanbar, Maddiea, Babydoll, Tavionn, Vox, Savagexcross, HK Fiddy Five, __________ , __________ -- find one of them and you get 5,000,000 credits!
- All participants will be placed into ops group(s) and flagship summoned to a designated starting point on Oricon. Officers will already be hidden, so there won't be any need to wait for that. Once everyone loads in and is ready, we'll give the go-ahead to start searching.
- Officers will NOT be allowed to: Use stealth, switch instances, enter phases, change hiding spots, exploit any glitches, or give any members an unfair advantage over others.
- If the members are struggling to find anyone for too long, we will give out hints in guild chat.
- The game area is ALL of Oricon -- the entire planet, excluding phases.
PRIZES:
- Finding 1 officer = 5,000,000 credits
RULES:
- If you find an officer you must use any /emote (Ex. /poke, /slap, /dance, etc) on them to show that you've "caught" them.
- All participants must be in the hide/seek group and in position at the designated starting area before the game begins.
- Each member will only be allowed to find a maximum of 1 officer. Once you find someone, you're ineligible to claim further prizes -- however you're still welcome to help others search.
- BOXING TOURNAMENT -
PROCEDURE:
This activity is very similar to the duel tournaments we do, so those of you who have attended them before will already have a good idea of how this goes. The format of this tournament will be pretty much identical, however the combat itself will be much different. The only abilities allowed are the 4 unarmed legacy attacks -- punch, jab, uppercut, and bash. That is all. No other abilities are allowed to be used.
See here for a guide on how to get these abilities, how they work, and the best way to use them.
- The tournament will be in single-elimination format. If you lose you're out of the tournament. If you win you'll fight against others who won their matches as well. This will continue until only one person is left - the person who won all their matches. Basically, it's last man standing.
- All matches except for the final ones will consist of only 1 round. The final matches will be 3 rounds.
- Fights will take place in a boxing ring on BBB Imp 1 flagship.
- Those who wish to fight in the tournament will be invited to an ops group and randomly matched up against another participant. The officer in charge of coordinating matches will direct fighters in and out of the ring when it is their turn to fight. When your turn comes, you must quickly get into the ring and start your fight.
- Once the fight starts, start throwing punches and get your opponent down as quickly as possible.
- There will be 2 officers serving as referees -- 1 for each fighter. They will keep their designated fighter targeted and watch them closely throughout the match to ensure they do not break any of the rules. This will ensure the fights are fair and nobody has to worry about cheating. They will be watching very closely for prohibited abilities and won't be letting shit slide.
PRIZES:
- 1st - 20,000,000 credits
- 2nd - 15,000,000 credits
- 3rd - 10,000,000 credits
- NO abilities allowed, except for the 4 legacy punches: This includes all attacks, heals, defensives, leaps/rolls, stealth, knockbacks, stuns, slows, etc. If it is not called Punch, Jab, Uppercut, or Bash, you are not allowed to use it.
- NO medpacs, adrenals, grenades, etc allowed.
- NO leaving the ring: You must remain inside the ring for the entire duration of your match.
- RUSSIAN ROLL-ETTE -
PROCEDURE:
Participants will be matched up against eachother, 1v1. A coordinating officer will call them to the table at the middle of the room. They will then /roll off against eachother, trying to avoid rolling multiples of 10 -- rolling any multiple of 10 makes you lose, these numbers are the "bullets". The loser gets ejected from flagship and the winner gets to move on to the next tier of rounds. This repeats until only 1 person is left standing, who wins the 25,000,000 grand prize + bet money. Bets will play a very big part in this.
- All participants will be invited to an ops group and randomly matched up against another participant, similar to dueling tournaments.
- A coordinating officer will call out names for rounds. When a participant's name is called they must come to the table at the middle of the arena and take a seat.
- Each round will require both participants to put up a minimum bet. For their first round they'll have to put up at least 100k, then at least 200k on their second round, 400k on the third round, etc.
- Participants are allowed and encouraged to bet higher. Bets can go as high as the participants want, as long as BOTH of them agree to the amount.
- Bet amount will be traded to the coordinating officer BEFORE the match starts, for them to hold onto until the round is over. This officer will then do a /roll to determine who goes first. If he rolls an even number, the participant to his right goes first. If it's odd, the participant to the left goes first.
- Coordinating officer will direct the first participant to start the rolls, then both participants will take turns rolling until someone rolls a multiple of 10. (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90, or 100) Rolling one of these numbers makes you lose and you get ejected from flagship. (The flagship kick is only for dramatic effect, losing players are welcome to come right back and spectate!)
- Officer will trade the winner the bet money right after the loser is ejected from ship. Winner will get to come back for a 2nd round later on.
- Next set of participants gets called up and we repeat the process until only 1 person is left standing.
- Spectators are more than welcome to bet on the outcomes. It's a great way to add some excitement to things!
PRIZES:
- Last standing - 25,000,000 credit grand prize
- Bets - varies depending on amount of players + bets made
RULES:
- Both participant's bet amounts must be traded to the coordinating officer before they're allowed to proceed.
- Spectators and those not currently taking their turns need to stay out of the arena at all times.
- ALL bets must be honored. If you're watching the matches go down and making bets on the outcomes with guildies, you need to pay up right away if you lose.
- A BBB HAUNTING -
- An ex-member who no longer plays shall make an appearance on our Ventrilo server, in "ghost" form, and tell us a spoooooooky story.
- SCARE BEAR PVP WAR -
- After we're done with everything else planned, we'll head over to Oricon for an after-event PvP war. We'll form some ops groups and head to the Dread Fortress Bridge to beat the shit out of eachother for Scare Bear titles/achievements. Oricon + Scare Bear title fit the Halloween theme very well and we know lots of people have been trying to get it lately, so this is a perfect way to wrap up Part 1 of the Halloween event.
- There won't be any prizes or official rules/guidelines/etc for this. Just a free-for-all PvP war between Imp and Pub BBB -- all guildies are welcome to come along.
- Be sure to use your Party Jawas so we can also get Party Crasher titles!
* PART 2: SATURDAY, OCTOBER 29TH *
- STRONGHOLD CONTEST -
PROCEDURE:
This is a best stronghold contest. All members are welcome to participate. Just get in touch with an officer at any time and let us know you'd like to enter your stronghold into contest. A few officers will then act as judges and come take a tour of your SH, rating it as they look around. When event night comes, the 3 highest rated strongholds will win prizes.
- If you want to participate, reply to this thread saying so or get in touch with an officer via site PM, ventrilo, or in-game chat. We'll then schedule a tour of your stronghold, as soon as we have at least 3 officers free to do it.
- Officers will rate strongholds on a scale of 1 - 10 for 3 categories: Appearance (how nice it looks in general), Originality (does it look like every other generic SH or is it unique?), and BBBness (how much it fits the general "BBB theme" of decorating. Examples would be sith/mando/etc type of shit)
- Deadline for stronghold contest entries is October 28th.
- On October 29th during event night we'll announce the top 3 strongholds.
- The 1st place winner's stronghold will be used to host the Costume Contest segment of our guild event. 50 guildies will be invited to this SH for us to do costume contest there, giving the winner their achievement for having 50 people in their SH in the process.
PRIZES:
- 1st - Costume contest hosted at their SH + the rare <Bringing Down The House> achievement + video tour of SH uploaded to BBB YouTube channel + 25,000,000 credits
- 2nd - Video tour of SH uploaded to BBB YouTube channel + 17,500,000 credits
- 3rd - Video tour of SH uploaded to BBB YouTube channel + 10,000,000 credits
RULES:
- Only one entry per person. You cannot enter multiple strongholds, so pick your 1 best SH.
- Do not change the stronghold until the contest is over. If you win, we'll be coming back to record the video tour of your SH so it needs to be the same as it was when we judged it.
- If you win 1st place, you must be online in time for Costume Contest to take place OR give officers silver keys so they can invite people to your winning stronghold. If you aren't there and we have no way to invite, you'll forfeit your achievement and we'll use either 2nd or 3rd place strongholds instead.
- COSTUME CONTEST -
PROCEDURE:
This will be a simple contest to see who has the best outfits. Participants will take turns showing off their outfits, then officers will vote on the best ones. The 5 most liked outfits will win prizes.
- Officers, staff, and participants will be invited to the Stronghold Contest winner's SH. Once they're all there, spectators will be invited until the stronghold reaches maximum.
- We will then begin showing off costumes. Officers will call out participant names one at a time. When their name is called, they need to go stand where the officer tells them (most likely on top of a table or something) and show everyone their outfit.
- Officers will rate outfits on a scale of 1 - 10 for 3 categories: Appearance (how nice it looks in general), Originality (is it just a full Revan set or have you actually made something unique?), and BBBness (how much it fits the general "BBB theme" of outfits. Examples would be sith/mando/"sexy"/ridiculous/etc type of outfits)
- Once all participants have shown off their outfits and been rated, we'll reveal the winning top 5 outfits.
PRIZES:
- 1st - 15,000,000 credits
- 2nd - 12,500,000 credits
- 3rd - 10,000,000 credits
- 4th - 7,500,000 credits
- 5th - 5,000,000 credits
RULES:
- Stand where you're told to stand, right away. Keep things running quickly and smoothly.
- Do NOT obstruct anyone's view of the person showing off their outfit. Stay off your mounts, don't put AoE on them, don't throw sparkles/snowflakes at them, don't stand on or immediately beside them, etc.
- BBB PUMPKIN CONTEST -
PROCEDURE:
We're doing an actual real-life pumpkin carving contest. We are challenging guildies to carve the official BBB logo into a pumpkin and we're offering 50 million credits to whoever can do it best.
- Everyone is welcome to participate. If you want to do so, all you have to do is carve our logo into a pumpkin, take a photo of it, and submit it to our website.
- This is the official BBB logo. You are welcome to alter it a bit to make it fit/work better, but keep in mind we'll be judging based on accuracy to the actual logo.
- Deadline for submitting pumpkins with BBB logos is October 28th. The winner will be announced on October 29th at event night.
PRIZES:
- Most accurate carving takes the grand prize of 50,000,000 credits.
- DUEL TOURNAMENT -
PROCEDURE:
This will be a classic 1v1 duel tournament. Nothing fancy, just straight up duels. It will take place on BBB Imp 1's flagship, on the command deck's arena.
- The tournament will be in single-elimination format. (If you lose you're out of the category. If you win you'll fight against others who won their matches as well. This will continue until only one person is left - the person who won all their matches. Basically, it's last man standing.)
- All fighters will be invited to an ops group and randomly matched up with another fighter by the officer coordinating the fights.
- When it's their turn to duel, fighters will enter the designated fighting arena and wait until the officer directing the event gives the go-ahead to start dueling.
- Take down your opponent before they take down you and you win the fight.
- All matches except for the final few will consist of only 1 round. The final matches will be 3 rounds.
PRIZES:
- 1st - 20,000,000 credits
- 2nd - 15,000,000 credits
- 3rd - 10,000,000 credits
RULES:
- Must be level 65.
- Gear doesn't matter. Feel free to wear PvE gear if it's all you have.
- No healers allowed, tanks and DPS only. (Fights with healers take waaaay too long and are very boring to watch.)
- Companions are NOT permitted.
- Stims, medpacs, adrenals, and grenades ARE permitted.
- Stealth is allowed, but you cannot stealth out of the ring.
- Fighters must stay WITHIN the ring. Leaving the ring will result in a loss. (If you get pushed out by your opponent, simply get back in the ring ASAP)
- Members who are not currently fighting must stay OUT of the the ring at ALL TIMES. Also, do not obstruct view with AoE's/oversized mounts/etc. (Anyone who gets in the way will be banned from the guild stronghold for the duration of the event.)
- Anyone who fails to honor their bets will be removed from guild. Once the match is over, the loser must immediately pay the winner the agreed-upon amount.
- Keep the shit-talking in good spirit. (Don't freak out because you lost and throw a tantrum like a goddamn baby, it will NOT be tolerated.)
- Everyone must listen to the directions of the officers at all times.
- Officers ARE allowed to participate in this part of the event.
- TRICK OR TREAT -
PROCEDURE:
Officers and staff will be positioned in various spots around all 6 BBB flagships + strongholds. Members will then go visit each officer/staff member in all our ships/SHs, "trick or treating" at each location. Participants will literally get treats or tricks -- AKA nice rewards or slight trolling.

- TOP CONQUEST EARNER GIVEAWAY -

- GUILD LOTTERY -
PROCEDURE:
Officers and staff will be positioned in various spots around all 6 BBB flagships + strongholds. Members will then go visit each officer/staff member in all our ships/SHs, "trick or treating" at each location. Participants will literally get treats or tricks -- AKA nice rewards or slight trolling.
- Officers + staff will all have a character parked somewhere in a BBB flagship or stronghold. This includes all 6 of our guilds. They will remain in these spots for the duration of the Trick or Treat activity, just waiting for people to come to them trick or treating.
- To participate, all you need to do is visit each guild's stronghold and flagship, find the officer/staff member(s) there (they won't be hidden, you'll see them as soon as you walk into the same room as them), and whisper them saying "trick or treat"
- Once you do this, the officer/staff member will type /roll to decide what you will receive. There are 10 possible tricks/treats that you can get depending on what this roll displays. Rolling 1-10 grants one thing, rolling 11-20 grants something different, 21-30 is something else, and so on. We will be keeping these tricks/treats a surprise, but know that some of them are pretty sweet rewards and others will just make you facepalm LOL.
- We'll give you guys 1 - 2 hours to trick or treat, so you don't need to feel like you have to race from place to place to beat the clock or anything.
- Obviously you'll have an advantage if you have an alt in each of our 6 guilds. You can just swap from toon to toon visiting each flagship + stronghold. This is NOT necessary though! All of our flagships and strongholds are publicly listed, with Blood Bath Beyond in their names, and can be accessed via the public stronghold boards located on fleet (stronghold/Crew Skills section). Note that you'll have to set the filter to display guild strongholds.
- There will be at least 12 officers/staff available for you to trick or treat at -- 1 for each flagship + stronghold. That's a total of 12 chances for you to win stuff very easily!
- *BONUS* Somewhere inside 1 of the 12 BBB ships/strongholds, the Great Pumpkin will be carefully hidden. If you can find him and whisper "trick or treat" you'll get a chance at some very unique and valuable treats!
- Participants may only trick or treat at each officer/staff member once. (They'll be writing down legacy names and keeping track of who visits them, so don't even try to come back twice.)
- TOP CONQUEST EARNER GIVEAWAY -
PROCEDURE:
- Everyone that places in our weekly conquest contests gets entered into this giveaway. At the next guild event, 3 of these people will receive large amounts of credits. This giveaway works similar to the lotteries and other giveaways we do.
- Winners of the weekly conquest contests get added to a masterlist for giveaway entries. At our next guild event, we generate random numbers for all the members' entries, using this website. Members that place 1st in weekly contests get 3 numbers generated for them, 2nd place members get 2 numbers, and 3rd place members only get 1 number. The members with the 3 highest generated numbers are the winners of the giveaway and receive the prize amounts listed below.
- This here is the list of September - November Top Conquest Earner Giveaway entries.
PRIZES:
- 1st - 15,000,000 credits
- 2nd - 10,000,000 credits
- 3rd - 5,000,000 credits
RULES:
- There is no limit on how many giveaway entries a member can have. If you choose to get 1st place every single week, you will receive 3 entry numbers for every single one of those weeks.
- Members may only win 1 prize per giveaway. For example, if you end up with both the 1st and 2nd highest numbers during the RNG process, you will only receive the prize for the 1st highest number -- not both 1st and 2nd.
- Winners will be announced at Halloween 2016 event on the 2nd night (Saturday, October 29th) and prizes will also be handed out at this time. If winners are not present at the event, they will receive their credits in the mail.
- If winning members no longer have any toons in BBB and cannot be located via website, they will be skipped over and their prize will go to the next person in line.
- Breaking any guild rules may result in disqualification.
- GUILD LOTTERY -
PROCEDURE:
The lottery revolves around the use of this random number generator. Buying 1 "ticket" will grant you 1 random number that gets entered into a masterlist of all tickets. On the 2nd night of Halloween 2016 guild event (Saturday, October 29th) we will use the generator to select a winning number. The 4 members with ticket numbers closest to this winning number will each win 25% of the total jackpot amount.
The guild bank will throw in 50,000,000 credits towards the jackpot just to get things started. 100% of all tickets sales will go directly into the jackpot, increasing its size. More tickets sold = bigger jackpot to be won. The 4 lottery winners will win this amount split 4 ways, equally. The masterlist of all tickets sold is visible to the public. See here if you'd like to check it out.
BUYING TICKETS:
Tickets cost 200,000 credits each and can be purchased from any officer or staff member. You have 2 options for purchasing tickets:
- Check the guild list and see if any officers/staff are online. (Mafioso, Caporegime, Underboss, or Godfather ranks designate officers.) If there is one online, contact them and let them know you'd like to purchase ticket(s). They will meet you somewhere so you can trade the cost of the ticket(s) to them.
- If there are no officers or staff members available, you can send an in-game mail to the character "Sii Noo" stating the amount of tickets you wish to purchase -- with the cost of them attached to the mail.
This is the master list of tickets. Here you can view your tickets, along with all the others.
STEP-BY-STEP PROCESS:
- Member purchases ticket(s) from an officer or staff member for 200,000 credits each.
- After receiving the cost of the ticket(s), officer/staff will then immediately go to the random number generator and set the generator to put out a number between 10,000 and 100,000.
- Officer/staff will then go to the masterlist of tickets on the forum and add member's name + number(s) to the list. (ie. Siino -- 12340, 42000, 80076, etc)
- On the 2nd night of Halloween 2016 event (Saturday, October 29th) we'll use the number generator to select a winning number for the lottery. We will then compare this number to all of the ticket numbers and find the four closest tickets to our winning number.
- We will then announce the 4 winners. If they are present, we will trade the entire jackpot amount right then and there. If they are not present, it will be sent to them in the mail.
RULES:
- All ticket sales must go through an officer or staff member. Depositing credits into guild bank and saying "hey I got this number and my creds are in gbank" will not be allowed. Transaction with an officer/staff member is required in all cases, no exceptions.
- No one is permitted to choose their own numbers. We will keep everything completely random.
- To remain eligible to win, you must have at least one character present within the guild on the night of the event. Anyone who leaves BBB or gets permanently banned will have their tickets removed with them.
- There is no limit to the amount of tickets that can be purchased. You can buy 1 ticket or you can buy 1 million tickets, whatever you can afford.
- No discounts, loans, trades, paying later, etc. In order to get ticket for the lottery, you must personally pay the full price of 200k per ticket to an officer prior to any number being added to your name on the forum.
- Deadline for purchasing tickets is October 28th.
- Officers and staff members will not be allowed to participate.
- We will not use duplicate numbers. If the number generator gives out a number that someone else already has, we will simply generate another number.
- In the event of a tie, the win will go to the higher number. (Example: Say the winning number is 20000. Guildie-1 has 19500 and Guildie-2 has 20500. Although both people are equally close to the winning number, Guildie-2 is higher so they will win.)
- USUAL GIVEAWAYS -
For these giveaways, officers will be taking all the names of eligible participants and assigning them numbers with the random number generator we use for the lottery. On October 28th the officers will go over the participant/number list to select the highest numbers. Then on event night, when we get to this part all we have to do is announce winners and hand out prizes. If you'd like to participate, the giveaway categories are listed below. Deadline for entering giveaways is October 28th.
You may participate in as many giveaways as you'd like, there is no limit. There's also no limit on how many giveaways you can win either. We will give out 10 prizes per category. Officers are not allowed to participate in any giveaways. Winning a prize grants you any 1 item of your choice out of BBB Imp 1's prize vault. These items will be various mounts, decos, weapons, pets, armors, etc, all with a minimum value of ~1,000,000 at the very least.
- YouTube Subcribers
In order to enter this draw, you must subscribe to our guild's official YouTube channel then post a reply in this thread letting us know what your YouTube username is.
- Commander Runners
Join us on official guild commander runs to enter this draw. At the end of each run we do, we'll record the names of the people in group after they trade their plans in. Come along on multiple runs and you'll be entered multiple times. - Ventrilo Regulars
Those of you that use our Vent server on a regular basis will be entered into this draw. There's no set limit for usage, the officers will simply be watching to see who commonly gets online. - Forum Users
Officers will be periodically sneaking messages into forum posts over the next few weeks. Simply read the forums regularly/thoroughly and keep an eye out for directions on how to become eligible for this category. (For example, the first 10 people to reply to this post with the phrase "Happy Halloween shitters" will be entered into this giveaway.) - Guild Donations
Those who help cover the costs of Ventrilo will be entered into this giveaway category. No minimum amount necessary. See here to donate.
- Mafioso Giveaway
All members at Mafioso rank get entered into this giveaway.
- MUSICAL CHAIRS -
PROCEDURE:
- This will be an after-event type of game that strictly requires Ventrilo. You can only play if you are on vent. (Mic not necessary)
- A bunch of chairs will be set up on our flagship. As expected, there will be 1 chair less than the total number of participants we have there.
- We'll start playing music in Ventrilo. This is the cue to start running around the chairs. While the music is playing, participants must be moving.
- When the music stops, participants need to /chair on an open chair ASAP. The 1 person who didn't get to a chair in time will be eliminated from the round. Everyone is to remain seated until the music resumes.
- This repeats until only one person is left, who then wins 5,000,000 credits.
- We can do multiple rounds depending on level of interest, but no more than 10.
PRIZES:
- Last man sitting = 5,000,000 credits
RULES:
See here for details.
Great Pumpkin will also be hidden somewhere in one of the BBB flagships or strongholds during the Trick or Treat activity. Locate him and whisper "trick or treat" for a chance at some very unique and valuable treats!
As explained in this post, we have a new guild uniform. Everyone who wears one to the guild event on either night will be entered into a giveaway, simply because they wore the BBB uniform.
Several random winners will get to pick prizes from our Event Prize vault in BBB Imp 1's bank. This will take place at the same time as the other giveaways on Saturday night.
- When sitting on a chair, participants must have their whole ass planted down on the seat. If the toon is barely touching the chair, it will not count and that chair will still be free for the taking.
